Made to order

Each ARONA PARIS piece is made after your order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks before shipping, depending on the piece and the period.

Delivery

Shipped from Paris, with tracking, to France and internationally.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to your address and displayed before payment.
Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These remain the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched.

Right of withdrawal

As our pieces are offered in standard sizes 34 to 42, you benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.

You have 14 days from receipt to inform us of your decision, without having to provide a reason. Write to us at contact@aronaparis.fr. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Conditions

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
We recommend tracked shipping: the item travels under your responsibility until receipt.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Semi-custom pieces

Pieces made to your own measurements are excluded from the right of withdrawal in application of article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code. This exclusion will be clearly indicated on the product sheet and before order confirmation.

Defective or non-compliant item

If your item has a defect or does not match your order, please write to us at contact@aronaparis.fr with a photo. The return and replacement are at our expense.

You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code, two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
