Pre-orders

At ARONA PARIS, nothing is produced in advance. Each piece is made to order, to your size, using the materials chosen for it.

Why this model?

No stock, no surplus, no destruction of unsold items. We only produce what is desired. It's slower, it's more demanding, and it's the only way we know to do things right.

Delivery time

Allow 4 to 6 weeks between the validation of your order and dispatch, depending on the piece and the period. Pieces with prints from the Polynesia Line may require a few extra days.

You will receive an order confirmation, then a message as soon as your piece leaves Paris, with its tracking number.

Payment

The order is paid in full upon validation. This allows us to start cutting and purchasing the material.

Changing your mind

As our pieces are offered in standard sizes 34 to 42, you have the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law, from the date of receipt. The conditions are detailed on our Delivery and Returns page.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please write to us as soon as possible at contact@aronaparis.fr: as long as the cutting has not begun, we will do what is necessary.

Unsure about a size, material, or deadline? Write to us at contact@aronaparis.fr. We respond within 48 to 72 hours, and we much prefer to answer before the order than after.
